  • When will my item be delivered?
    Shipping is made within 2 working day & should be delivered within 2 to 3 working days in UK Mainland. (Monday to Friday Shipping) Scotland, Ireland & overseas may differ. Please allow 2 additional working days for delivery to be made in-case of any delays before contacting us, if the order passed this threshold, please contact us as we will be happy to help.
  • Where can I find my tracking details?
    Your tracking details will be sent to your email provided at the checkout, within two working day of purchase.
  • My delivery has not been delivered when expected?
    If this is the case, please check your tracking information provided, as this may have been a missed delivery. The courier provides options in regards to re-delivering / collection. If this is not the case, please contact us & we will reply as soon as possible.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you would like to cancel your order after purchase for any reason, we must be made aware as soon as possible via the contact form (within 24 hours). Please note this is not a guarantee we may not be able to cancel an order after purchase as the order may have already been shipped or booked for delivery.
  • What condition are these vacuum cleaners?
    We believe all of our vacuum cleaners are in relatively good condition. Please bare in mind that this is a used and restored product. This will display signs of previous use. We restore each machine to the best of our ability. We try to remove any scratches, paint marks etc which are physically possible. Each machine is dismantled by our service engineers, cleaned, checked, parts replaced if necessary to ensure long term use, rebuilt and tested. If you change your mind, we offer a hassle free 30 day return to base money back guarantee!
  • What warranty is provided?
    We provide a standard 3 Month motor warranty on all products for piece of mind, if there is a longer warranty period or if there is a new motor is fitted, the duration will be mentioned in the description. We may provide a longer extended warranty for an additional cost, terms and conditions apply.
  • I have a problem with my item?
    If you have any issues at all, then please contact us with any details you can. We will help and reply as soon as we can, once proof has been provided as a fault we will either offer a full refund (Within 30 days of purchase) or exchange depending on the amount of time it has been since purchase and the duration of the warranty.
  • Other warranty details
    We do not cover general ware and tear, blockages, general misuse, snapped belts, filters, accidental damage, misuse and such acts of flood. If this item is stated to have a 3 month warranty, this warranty is a motor only covered warranty. Unauthorized repairs / modifications will instantly void the warranty, any use other then general household use may not be covered under warranty. Any issues after this warranty period provided, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we can usually always help with repairs, guidance and advice. Additional Extended (at additional cost) warranty will only cover the vacuums motor / motors and only a replacement / exchange, depending on the reason will be provided.
  • I'm not happy / don't feel this vacuum meets my requirements within the 30 days of purchase?
    You are more than welcome to return this *free of charge depending on the return reason. We must advise for you to contact us prior, so we are aware of the return. Any returns sent to us without notice does not leave us liable for us receiving this return. Upon Request all we require is for you to pack this safely back into a box, with a copy of your purchase placed inside of the box. You can then either return this by your own choice (we must be notified of the tracking number and courier) or we can either email a label or send a courier to collect (charges may apply, you will be notified of the amount if this is the case) it is up to you to suitably package the item, damages caused during transit may not be covered by us or the courier and a charge may be deducted from the refund. Once returned, a refund will be issued back to your account within 3 - 5 working days (this may take longer depending on the payment method and payment processing times). *In some instances, not all, a small admin charge of up to £5 may be applied depending on the usage of the item, this is to cover part of the re refurbishment of the item.
  • Can I make a return after 30 days of purchase?
    We are unable to accept any returns after the 30 day money back guarantee has ended. We only offer exchanges / free labour and repairs after this period, within the warranty terms and time period given.
  • My item has a fault / damaged in transit
    If your item has developed a fault / received damaged, please contact us with as much detail as possible. If the item has been received damaged, we must be notified within 4 days of receiving the item, this is so that we can investigate where the damage occurred.
  • I would like an exchange replacement as I'm not happy / fault / received damaged?
    If your item has developed a fault / received damaged or simply unhappy. Please contact us and we can usually offer you a replacement / exchange, (subject to availability) all costs of exchanges / replacements within the warranty period are covered by ourselves. All we would require is for you to repackage the item, with your purchase details placed inside of the box. The courier will then collect this, following a replacement or exchange will be sent. (please contact prior to repacking, so we can ensure we have correct compatible parts in stock if applicable).
